摘要
变异系数受摩擦片径向长度、轴向宽度、厚度和制动背板厚度的影响明显;在此基础上,当采用变异系数对摩擦片进行结构优化设计时,可大幅度地降低其接触压力的不均匀性。实例表明,变异系数从39.32%降低到20.91%时,制动片的制动不均匀性降幅达46.82%。同时平均接触压力和接触面积都有所增加,提高了制动片的制动效能。
It show that the variation coefficient is greatly influenced by the following parameters:the length,the thickness ,axis and radius lengths of the brake pad. By optimization,the inhomogeneous degree of distribution in contact pressure of the brake pad is dreamily decreased. For example ,when the variation coefficient reduces from 39.32% to 20.91% ,the inhomogeneous degree of distribution in contact pressure decreases by 46.82%,meanwhile,the average contact pressure and contact area also increase,It is evident that brake efficiency of the brake pad can be improved.
