摘要
军用航空发动机的全寿命管理已经贯穿在发动机的研制、生产和使用阶段,但军用航空发动机的全寿命费用仍然居高不下。从全寿命费用的角度,对军用航空发动机和军用航空再制造发动机的寿命周期、物流流程和全寿命费用构成三个方面进行对比分析,结果表明,利用再制造技术改进后的军用航空发动机可以有效地降低发动机的研制和生产费用,从而大大节省了资金,节约了资源。
Military aviation engine life-cycle management has throughout the engine development, the production and use of stage, but the whole life of military aircraft engine still high cost. From the perspective of the whole life of military, cost aeroengine and military aviation remanufacture engine life cycle, logistics process and longevity cost constitutes a comparative analysis of the three aspects, the results show that, using the remanufacturing technology improvement of military aircraft engine can effectively reduce the production cost and engine, thereby greatly saves money, save resources.
