摘要
AMT评估新方法。采用三角模糊数构造专家判断矩阵,综合AHP与FPP对判断结果进行处理,引入容差参数,对非线性规划问题进行求解得出优先权重;从设计制造周期、生产柔性、产品质量、管理水平、顾客满意度和产品开发与创新六方面建立AMT综合评估模型衡量AMT实施的结果。计算结果表明,该方法可以有效地应用于AMT的评估分析,确保成功实施AMT。
AMT method adopts the triangular fuzzy member to build experts' judgment matrix,and combines AHP and FPP to handle these judgment,and introduces tolerance parameter,thus gets the priority weights by solving the non-linear programming problems. It proposes a comprehensive evaluation model,which weighs the results of the implementation of AMT from six areas, including design and manufacturing cycle ,production flexibility,product quality, management ,customer satisfaction and product development and innovation.The simulation results show that the proposed method can be applied to the estimation of AMT effectively,which ensures the success of the implementation of AMT.
