摘要
提出了基于关联图与基础零件识别子装配体的方法。首先从有向图识别基础零件。通过模糊数学理论建立几何和工艺优先约束因素相对于装配难度的隶属函数,以综合函数值作为权值得到赋权配合关联图。然后通过设置难度系数和以基础件为核心对节点进行合并与组装得到简化配合关联图。在此基础上通过一定的规则和基础零件识别子装配体。最后通过实例验证方法的可行性。
A method of subassembly detection is presented. The basic part is detected from directional graph firstly. According to fuzzy mathematical theory, the evaluation function is put forward,which is based difficulty of assembling oriented priority constraints at the level of geometric and technology. And the mating liaison graph based on function value is given. Then a method to simplify mating liaison graph through setting the difficulty index and nodes merger and assembly is proposed. On the basis of the simple mating liaison graph,the subassembly is recognized through basic part and certain rules. Finally,an application is also presented to verify the feasibility.
