摘要
为解决实际工程问题,通过对试验件的湿热处理,采用四点弯曲的试验方法,分别在常温和湿热状态下,对蜂窝夹芯复合材料的力学性能进行测试,给出试验件的破坏应变和破坏载荷;并参考ASTMD5467标准,给出试验件破坏应力的计算方法;在统计规律的基础上,给出了在B基准条件下的环境因子值,为工程应用提供可靠的试验依据。
Honeycomb core sandwich panels treated in hygrothemal environment had been tested in four-point bending for resolving the actual engineering problem. We obtained the failure strains and the failure loads in two specimens states of room temperature and hygrothemal. Then we find a method for calculating the failure stresses in terms of ASTM Standards D5467. Finally,based on the results of statistic calculation within B-basis,an estimation of the environmental factor was performed and a reliable conclusion based on test was supplied to the engineering applications.
