摘要
鉴于虚拟仪器技术在机械工程领域具有广阔的应用前景,采用嵌入式MCU控制技术及最新的USB总线数据采集技术设计完成了程控动态应变测试系统。利用LabWindows/CVI软件设计方法,构建出了图形逼真、功能强大的虚拟式动态应变测试系统。该系统的软件含盖如下功能模块:建立标定文件模块,单通道示波模块,多通道示波模块,数据采集模块,历史数据回放功能模块,实现了对应变信号的采集、处理、分析和显示,系统可对多类型参量进行实时测量,将信号的采集和处理一体化,数据和结果实现可视化。同时对仪器功能进行了测试验证实验。
Think of virtual instrument technology has being completely used in mechanical engineering,we study and development the instrument system using MCU implantation control technique and latest USB bus gather technique design completly. At LabWindows/CVI development platform develop the virtual strain measurement instrument that its figure is true to nature ,high-powered dynamic strain measuring instruments. The software contains as follows function mold:Establishing document mark mold,single passage oscilloscope show mold,many passages oscilloscope show mold,data processing module and history data analysis and display function mold,he system c.an realize real-time measurement for many parameters that correlate with strain. It can realize integration for sampling and processing of signal,visualization for data and result. At the same time within instrument do experiment on site testing,do error analysis to test result, bring forward resolve method and measure.
