摘要
为了确定电火花线切割机床平均故障间隔时间分布模型,对收集的20台DK77系列电火花线切割机床故障间隔时间进行分析,根据这些数据画出相对频率直方图、累积故障频率分布图和经验故障率曲线。通过与常用的寿命数据分布模型比较初步确定正态分布、对数正态分布、威布尔分布为模型。应用最小二乘法求取三种分布的参数,并通过柯尔莫哥洛夫-斯米尔诺夫检验(K-S检验)确定电火花线切割机床平均故障间隔时间分布模型为双参数威布尔分布模型。
For establishing the distribution model of Wire Electrical Discharge Machining(WEDM) Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF),the MTBF of 20 DK77 series WEDM were analyzed. The histogram of relative frequency,the distribution map of cumulative fault rate and the curve of empirical fault rate are drawn based on the reliability data. By comparing the distribution maps with the traditional distribution model maps ,the normal distribution model,the log-normal distribution model and the Weibull distribution model are confirmed as the distribution model at the beginning. The parameters of these three distribution models are calculated by the least square method,and the two-parameter Weibull distribution model is confirmed as the distribution model of WEDM MTBF by the K-S testing method.
