摘要
介绍了磨削工艺综合评价指标体系的塔式结构,即顶层为磨削工艺绿色度目标,上层为资源、能源、环境、成本、生产效率、人文管理6个分目标。中层为分目标下的18项准则,底层为指标内容。磨削工艺综合评价指标体系各层的权值采用"1-9比率标度法"构建比较判断矩阵,由特征向量确定。然后运用灰色系统理论中的灰关联评价模型对磨削工艺体系指标进行灰关联度排序、分析。该评价模型经过实例验证,证明了它是一种行之有效的分析方法。能为定量评估磨削工艺绿色度,调整磨削工艺参数,制定绿色磨削工艺决策提供了科学依据,并且具有可推广价值。
It introduces the tower structure of the synthetical evaluation index system of grinding process ,namely,the top is goal of green degree of grinding process ,and the upper is divided into 6 sub-objectives ,they are resource ,energy,environment,cost,production efficiency and humanity management. There are 18 guidelines belonging to those sub-objectives on the middle level,and the bottom is index content. The weights of the synthetical evaluation index system of grinding process adopt"1-9 Ratio scaling law" to construct the comparison judgement matrix,determined by eigenvector. Then using grey correlation evaluation model in gray system theory to sort and analyze grey correlation degree of system index of grinding process. After example validating,this evaluation model is an effective analysis method. It pro- vides the scientific basis to quantitatively evaluate the green degree ,adjust the parameters of grinding process and establish decision of green grinding process. Also it has value to popularize.
