摘要
对普通机床进行数控化改造是中小型机械加工企业技术革新的重要途径,本论文说明了普通车床的数控化改造的设计过程,较详尽地介绍了CA6140机械部分的改造设计。改造后的数控车床的加工能力、自动化水平和加工精度都得到了显著提高。
It is an important way to try digital modification of general machine tools for the technical innovation of medium or small machining enterprise. It presents the design pracess of digital modification of general machine tools ,and particularly introduces the modified design of mechanical part of CA6140 in detail The process capability,automation level and process precision of modified machine tools get obvious improvement .
