摘要 飞机制造用的工艺装备品种数量多,这些工装直接影响到飞机的制造质量、生产成本、生产周期和经济效益。以开发一套以飞机工装设备台帐为基础,以飞机工装维修故障单的提交、审批、执行为主线,按照工装使用过程中的故障处理、计划检修、预防性维修、预测性维修几种可能模式,以提高维修效率、降低总体维护成本为目标,将工装设备采购管理、库存管理、人力资源管理集成到一个数据充分共享的信息系统中。 There are many kinds of tooling for aircraft manufacturing,and these tools directly influence the quality of the aircraft,manufacturing cost,production period and economic benefit. This paper is based on the developing a set of system about aircraft tooling machine account,and main clue of maintain snag sheet's submission,approval and conduct. Aim at increasing efficiency and lowing the cost of maintain according to module of snag handling,planning examining,preventive examining and predictive examining. Integrate purchasing management of aircraft tooling,stock management,human resources management to a information system which data can be shared fully.
