构建高校和谐学生公寓的探索与研究

A Research on Building Harmonious College Students＇ Boarding Apartments

高校学生宿舍已由简单的居住功能发展成为集体生活起居、学习思想交流、文化娱乐休闲为一体的内涵丰富的新型学生生活社区——学生公寓，本文对健全学生公寓规章制度、建立公寓高素质管理队伍、强化以人为本的服务意识、倡导公寓管理“三自”为本、齐抓共管的策略、打造平安公寓、优化育人环境、做好公寓思想政治文化工作、搞好公寓信息智能化管理、落实公寓监督考核管理机制等问题进行探索与研究，以做到在构建高校和谐学生公寓的同时，有效发挥学生公寓管理育人、服务育人、环境育人的功能。

College students＇ dormitories have been developed from a sole function of sheltering to a new style of students＇ living community, students＇ boarding apartments. Apart from providing sheltering for college students, the new style apartments are also good places for their study, thoughts communication and entertainment. The paper bases study of college students＇ apartment on improvement of rules and regulations, establishment of an excellent management team, reinforcement of human-oriented service , building of safe apartments, and optimization of educational environments. Meanwhile, the article also focuses on research of doing moral and cultural work, bettering the intelligent management of information and putting into effect of a set of supervision and assessment system. And paper aims to make a further study on how to establish harmonious college students＇ apartments in order that they can have effective functions of educating students with good management, excellent services and satisfactory environments.
