温州科技职业学院园林系师资队伍建设初步探索

Researches on Qualified Teachers Construction in Department of Landscape, WZVCST

温州科技职业学院于2006年5月经浙江省人民政府批准筹建，2008年2月正式建校，是一所以“农”为特色的综合性专科层次公办普通高等职业学校。根据学校的发展。园林系必须建立一支数量合适、结构合理、素质优良、教学科研结合的相对稳定的师资队伍。结合园林系师资实际提出以下建设意见：1．注重教师素质的标准化，尽快将系部现有的教师转化为合格的高职教师：2．积极鼓励中青年教师深造。改善师资队伍的知识结构和学历结构；3．重视和加强对青年教师的培养，提高教学质量；4．鼓励教师进修或到企业挂职锻炼，提高教学的学术水平和工程实践能力；5．建立专项资金补助，支持教师参加学术活动；6．加强“双师型”教师队伍建设，加强对专业教师的培训和考核；7．进行岗前培训，树立正确的教育思想；8．积极开展科研活动。提高教师科研水平。

Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology is an agricultural comprehensive vocational college which was authorized to prepare to construct in 2006 and established formally in 2008. According to development of the college, it is necessary to build a steady and qualified teaching stuff of appropriate amount, reasonable structure, excellent quality and teaching-research combination. There are some advice base on current status： 1 ）To pay attention to quality standardization of teachers in making them to eligible teachers; 2 ）To Encourage young teachers to improve education and knowledge;3 ）To enhance teaching training; 4 ）To encourage teachers to take temporary jobs in corporations in boosting practical abilities;5 ）To constitute special fund assistance to support academic activities; 6 ）To strengthen ＂bi-teachers＂ construction; 7 ）To take preliminary training; 8 ）To expanse research activities.
