关于大学生职业指导工作的几点思考

A Study on Vocational Guidance for Vocational College Students

近年来大学生的就业压力越来越大，职业指导工作已成为高校教育的重中之重。本文在分析大学生求职常见问题基础上，提出了若干加强职业指导的措施。加强专兼职的职业指导师队伍建设，职业指导全程化，强化大学生耐挫折训练和专业实践能力的培养等措施，可有效提高大学生职业竞争力，实现成功就业。

In recent years, it is much harder for college students＇ employment, and vocational guidance of college education has become the most important thing. Several common problems exposed during job-seeking are analyzed, and some strengthening measures, such as building vocational guidance division team, offering vocational guidance for students＇ whole college profession, and training practical abilities, are put forward against vocational guidance to enhance the professional competitiveness.
