摘要
2002年开始的电影市场改革有力促进了我国电影产业的跨越式发展,但并没有改变我国电影制片业结构失衡的现状。如何在开放型经济中构建以大型国有综合性电影集团为主体,中小型混合所有制电影集团共生的寡占型市场结构,始终是学界和业界共同关注的热点。因此,我国国有电影制片业的未来发展必须始终坚持以市场力量为推动,优化电影产业结构;以产品价值为前提,制定多元化的制片策略;以"范围经济"为基点,重视电影的品牌创新;以"合理进出"为保障,完善电影市场的退出机制。
The reform of the film market that began in 2002 has enabled China's film industry to grow by leaps and bounds, but failed to change the imbalanced structure of the industry. How to build up a market structure characterized by having the large state-owned film conglomerate as the main supplemented by medium and small film groups of mixed ownership and how to create an environment in which the latter can co-exist with the monopoly conglomerate has been a hot topic among the experts and professionals in this field. Therefore, the future development of China's film industry must consistently follow the strategy of using market as the driving force, optimizing the industrial structure, prioritizing the product value and diversifying operation with the "economy of scope" as a basis, enhancing brand name innovation, "rationalizing entry and exit" as a guarantee, perfecting the mechanism of market entry and exit.
