摘要
饭店业是我国最早产生职业经理人的行业之一,而影响其进入民营饭店的因素非常之多,如"职业的发展机会与空间"、"薪酬收入与福利水平"等等,而上述两项对职业经理人能否进入民营饭店影响最大、最强烈,而其他因素,如"足够的工作资源"、"雇主对经理人的诚信"等等则影响力一般,可以看出现实与理想存在距离。
Hotels were among the first occupation areas to have professional managers. There are many factors influencing the their entry onto the private hotels, of which, the most influential are the career potentials, and opportunities, payment level and benefits. Other factors such as sufficient job resources, the trust of the employer in the managers are of ordinary effect. So there exists a disparity between the ideal and the reality.
