摘要
采用RP-HPLC法和H2SO4-K2SO4-CuSO4扩散法测定青海产胡芦巴中氨基酸、蛋白质的质量分数,分析青海胡芦巴不同产区间的含量差异,为青海胡芦巴的品质鉴定和产品开发提供一定的科学依据。
The contents of amino acids and proteins Trigonella foenumgraecum in different growing areas in Qinhai were determined by means of RP - HPLC and H2 SO4 - K2 SO4 - CuSO4. The data could be used to control the qualities of and offer scientific foundation for its product development.
