摘要
对野生植物牛蒡的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,牛蒡中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素及其β-胡萝卜素。牛蒡中至少含有17种氨基酸。旨在为开发利用植物资源提供科学依据。
The nutrient analysis of Arctium lappa Linn. showed that there were mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β- carotene in it. And at least 17 kinds of amino acid in Arctium lappa Linn. It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant.
