摘要
以谷氨酸和氢氧化钙为原料,采用化学合成的方法制备谷氨酸螯合钙。通过中心组合设计来研究物料比、反应温度和反应时间对合成谷氨酸钙的影响。在氢氧化钙与谷氨酸的物料比为0.477:1、反应温度为89℃、反应时间为32 min的最佳工艺条件下,谷氨酸钙的收率平均为98.75%。接近模型的预测值。
Calcium- glutamate chelate was synthesized from glutamate and calcium hydroxide in this study. The combining effect of material ratio, temperature and time on the reaction was studied using central composite design. The optimum conditions were found to be material ratio of n ( calcium hydroxide) : n (glutamate) = 0.477 : 1 and 89 ℃ for 32 min. The reaction yield of calcium glutamate was up to 98.75%. These results were close to the model prediction.
