刍议高职辅导员对毕业生的就业指导——以闽西职业技术学院为例

Proposal on college counselors′ career guidance for graduates——A case study of Minxi Vocational and Technical College

随着中国市场经济建设的进一步深入,社会竞争日趋激烈,高职毕业生就业形势严峻,给高职院校就业指导工作带来巨大挑战。作为与学生联系紧密的辅导员,在学生就业指导工作中扮演着重要的角色,他们既是学生职业梦想的启发者和制定职业生涯规划的参谋者,也是帮助学生解决求职就业困惑和问题的最理想人员。辅导员应在高职毕业生就业指导工作中做好:就业形势信息与毕业生整体分析,帮助大学生做好职业生涯规划设计,开展毕业生个性化教育指导,整合有效资源,作好毕业生的推荐工作。

With the development of socialist market economy, the competition is more and more fierce and the employment situation of college graduates is getting worse, which brings great challenges to college career guidance. Counselors, who have close relations with students, play an important part in students＇ career guidance, not only for students＇ career dream and career planning, but also for solving their puzzles and problems in hunting for jobs. Counselors should do as follows： analyze the employment information and the whole situation of the graduates, help students make career planning, offer individual guidance for graduates, and finish recommendation for graduates by integrating useful resources.
