New vision of solving the employment problems of college students

近年来,大学生就业难的问题愈显突出。这绝不只是高校扩招或普及大众教育的结果,究其深层次的原因是中国处在产业链底层的现状所致,加上高校人才培养机制与社会市场的不相适应,社会继替规则以及大学生自身诸多因素造成的。要缓解大学生就业难,政府、高校、企业、大学生四方就必须齐作努力,科学发展。

In recent years, the employment problems of college students are serious, which is not just the results of increased enrollment or publicized education. It results from the deepseated reason that China is currently at the bottom of the industrial chain, together with the incompatible relation of university personnel training system and social market, following the unspoken rules of society, and many factors of college students as well. To ease the employment difficulty of college students, the government, universities, enterprises and students must make joint efforts with the concept of scientific development.
