高职院校食堂的饮食安全工作关系到广大师生员工的身体健康和生命安全,关系到学校科学发展与和谐稳定,关系到学校的声誉和形象。近年来出现的食堂饮食安全事件屡屡引发社会公众对食堂饮食安全的心理恐慌,也对高职院校的稳定和发展带来巨大冲击,学校食堂饮食安全管理工作面临严峻挑战。全面贯彻落实科学发展观,加强食堂饮食安全管理工作,解决食堂饮食安全问题,保护师生员工身体健康和生命安全,为师生提供安全的学习、生活、工作环境,确保学校稳定、健康、和谐与科学发展,是学校义不容辞的职责和使命。

Food safety of dining-halls at higher vocational colleges can be related to several aspects： the health and life of the students and facuIties, the scientific development and harmonious stableness of the colleges, and the reputation and image of the colleges. In recent years several cases of food poisoning make the public uneasy with the dining-halls, which also leaves a great negative impact on the stableness and development of vocational colleges and presents a big challenge for the college food safety supervision. It is the colleges＇ duty and business to practice the scientific development outlook, to enforce the dining-hall food safety supervision, to ensure only safe food in the colleges, to protect the students＇ and faculties＂ life and health and to make certain a safe campus for studying, living and working, so as to obtain a stable, healthy, harmonious and scientific development.
