摘要
分析了原托辊压装机液压系统及电气控制系统的工作原理,指出该设备无法保证托辊轴承组件装配质量的原因,提出基于PLC的电气控制系统改造方案。经过改造,使压装机操作、调整更为方便简捷,提高了设备的可靠性,保证了托辊轴承组件的装配质量。
The paper analyzes the working principals of the hydraulic system and the electrical control system of original carrier roller press, points out the reasons why the device can not guarantee the quality of roller bearing component assembly, and proposes the innovation schemes based on the electrical control system of PLC. Being transformed, the roller press is operated more simply and adjusted more conveniently, which improves the equipment reliability, and ensures the quality of the assembly of roller bearing components.
