摘要
利用微乳液中的超声波分散技术,制备了粒径为1~4/an的奥硝唑微晶,研究了表面活性剂(aerosolOT,AOT)和超声功率在超声分散过程中对奥硝唑粉体粒径分布和颗粒形貌的影响,利用SEM,FTIR对奥硝唑超细微晶进行了表征,并对其溶解速度进行了初步研究。结果表明,AOT对产品的粒径分布和形貌有显著的影响,制备的奥硝唑超细微晶粒径分布窄,形貌规则,性质稳定,溶解速度显著加快。
A kind of ultrasonic dispersion method was used to prepare 1--4 μm ornidazole powder. The effect of the stabilizer (aerosol OT, AOT) and polar solvent on the particle size distribution and morphology were studied. SEM, FTIR were used to study its properties, which confirmed that AOT had a significant effect on the size distribution and morphology. The products had a narrow size distribution with regular morphology, chemical stability and a rapid dissolution rate.
