摘要
综述了头孢菌素C-4位羧基保护基脱除方法的研究进展,包括苯酚法、三甲基碘硅烷法、三氯化铝法等。着重介绍了各种方法的反应机理和操作方法。通过对各种方法优缺点的探讨,对其工业应用前景进行了展望。
The research progress of deprotection for carboxylic ester of cephalosporins was summarized, included methods of phenol, trimethylsilyl iodide, aluminum trichloride and so on. The reaction mechanisms and operation methods was emphatically introduced. Through the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, their industrial application was prospected.
