中国航空油料集团公司成立于2002年10月11日，是以原中国航空油料总公司为基础组建的国有大型航空运输服务保障企业，是国内最大的集航空油品采购、运输、储存、检测、销售、加注为一体的航油供应商。中国航油也是国务院授权的投资机构和国家控股公司试点企业，是国务院国资委管理的中央企业。
Established on 11 October 2002, China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation （＂CNAF＂） is a large stateowned air transportation logistics service provider in the PRC. It was established through the restructuring of its predecessor, China Aviation Oil Supply COrporation. CNAF is the largest integrated jet fuel supplier in the PRC, providing jet fuel procurement, transportation, storage, inspection, sales and refuelling services. It is a central State-owned enterprise （＂SOE＂） directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council （＂SASAC＂） and is a pilot state holding enterprise approved by SASAC to carry out state-authorised investments.
