某高职院校心理咨询专业学生心理健康状况分析

Analysis on the mental health status of the college students majoring in mental health counseling

经过对漳州市某高职院校心理咨询专业的新生和毕业生、其他专业毕业生采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测评，并与全国青年组常模对比分析，结果显示：心理咨询专业新生SCL-90中9个因子任意一个因子≥2分的检出率为47．4％，≥3分的检出率为8．33％，强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及精神病性这几项的因子分显著高于全国青年常模；2006级心理咨询专业毕业生的心理健康状况与其刚入学时、全国青年组常模及其他专业毕业生比较，强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等多数心理症状改善显著，具有统计学意义。经过三年的专业理论学习及专业技能训练，心理咨询专业学生的心理健康水平得到提高。

Objective：To probe into the mental health status of the students majoringin Mental Health Counseling. Methods ： Measures of the symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） were conducted in the freshmen ＆ graduates in Mental Health Counseling and other graduates in a Vocational and Technology Institute in Zhangzhou and compared with the domestic norm of the Youth Group. Results ： In the SCL-90, the detection rate of any one out of nine factors 1〉2 points is 47.4%, and that of ≥3 points is 8.33%. The detection rates of obsessive- Compulsion, depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychotism are obvisualy higher than that of the domestic norm. The Mental health status concering obsessive-Compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and other psychological symptoms among the graduates in 2006 majoring in Mental Health Counselingare better than the domestic norm of the Youth Group and also better than the graduates in other subjects. Conclusion ： The mental health status Of the students majoring in Mental Health Counseling has been improved after three-years＇ study and professionahraining on the mental health counseling.
