摘要
关于教师组织心理的研究受到了越来越多学者的关注。文章简要分析了教师组织心理研究的应然性,并对教师的组织承诺、组织公民行为、心理契约、集体效能及学校组织气氛等当前国内教师组织心理研究的主要领域所取得的成果进行了概述,最后,指出当前研究中存在的不足及对今后研究的展望。
Studies on teacher's organizational psychology attract more and more attentions. This article analyzes causes of studies on teacher's organizational psychology, summarizes the achievement got in the studies of teacher's organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviors, psychological contract, collective efficacy and school organizational climate. In the end, point out the defect in these studies and indicate the trend in the future.
