摘要
催化裂化分馏塔结盐的主要原因取决于原料性质,原料含盐高,分馏塔结盐频繁,导致产品质量难以控制,主要表现在汽、柴油馏程重叠等,长时间得不到处理就会造成设备及工艺管线的堵塞和腐蚀等。现就延安炼油厂200万t?a重油催化裂化装置分馏塔结盐的原因及处理方法做简单分析。
Factors of salt coagulation in RFCC main fractionator depended on the properies of feed,the feed was high salt content, salt deposition in fractionator was frequent, and the product＇s quality was hardly controlled. It mainly displayed in overlap in the gasoline and LCO distillation range, if this couldn＇ t be treated timely, the pipelines and the equipments were blocked and corroded. We analysed the salt deposition reasons and treatment methods in RFCC Main Fractionator.
