摘要
采用Py-GS/MS分析新鲜檀香树叶苯/醇抽提物的化学成份,结果表明:檀香叶苯/醇抽提物主要是16-三十烷酮(8.62%)、11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯(8.56%)、十六酸(5.26%)、吡嗪(3.98%)、环辛二十四烷(3.21%)、苯酚(3.04%)、β-甲基-苯丙醛(2.66%)等.以上檀香叶的化学成分中,大部分含量较高的成分除具有天然保健功效外,还可作为精油和高级化妆品的主要活性材料,部分组成可作为日用品和药材的原料.分析结果为檀香叶中提取高附加值产品提供了科学依据.
By way of Py-GC/MS, the paper analyzed the chemical components of benzene/ethanol extractives from S. album fresh leaves. Results show that the benzene/ethanol extractives are mainly composed of 16-triacontanone (8.62 % ), methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate (8. 56%), hexadecanoic acid (5. 26%), pyrazine (3. 98%), cyclooctatetracosane (3. 21%), phenol (3. 04%) and β-methyl-benzene propanal (2.66%). These results suggest that most of the chemical components are not only capable of natural health-care but also can be used as main bioactive materials for essential oil and advanced cosmetics; and that some can even be used as industrial materials for commodity, medicine and bioenergy. This provides some scientific support to the extraction of high-valued products from S. album fresh leaves.
