Study on Business Process Integration in the Base of Enterprise Strategy

本文通过对企业流程重组和企业战略二者之间关系的研究，指出企业设计和实施流程重组必须以企业战略为导向．提出以企业战略分解为思路的流程重组方法，并运用关键流程和过程优先矩阵等方法来确定流程重组的重点，从而保证流程对战略的执行。

On the base of studying the relationship between business process reorganization （BPR） and enterprise strategy, this article brings forward the idea that the business proceess reorganization must take the enterprise strategy as the guidance, and method based on the decomposition of strategic goals for BPR. This paper also points out the importance of BPR by using key process and process priority matrixes, so that to support the implement of strategies.
