本文从科技成果转化的管理机制、科技成果转化的意识、资金投入等方面对高校科研成果转化进行了剖析，提出了通过完善管理机构．提高成果转化意识、加大政府财政支持和发挥科研管理部门等措施来加快科研成果转化，有效促进经济发展和社会进步。

This article analyzes the transformation of scientific achievements in university from its management mechanism, awareness and funding ect, and proposes some measures to accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements and promoting the economic development and social progress, such as improving the management organization, raising awareness of transformation, increasing government financial support and so on.
