摘要
介绍了聚四氟乙烯纤维的化学、物理等特性及其制造工艺。PTFE因其结构上的特殊性不适于用通常的溶液纺和熔融纺来制成纤维,文中介绍了载体纺丝、挤压纺丝、熔体纺丝、膜裂纺丝四种已开发的纺丝工艺路线。
The chemical and physical properties and manufacturing technics of polytetrafluorethylene(PTFE) fiber were introduced. It not suitable for using the conventional methods such as solution spinning and melt spinning to get fiber for the special nature of PTFE. Four spinning technics had already developed, included carrier spinning, extrusion spinning, melt-spinning and fissure spinning were introduced.
