碳化钛/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的介电性能研究 被引量:3

Study on the dielectric properties of TiC/epoxy nano-composites

摘要 采用溶液混合随后热压的方法制备了TiC/epoxy纳米复合材料。运用渗流阈值理论解释了TiC/epoxy复合材料的介电行为。研究了复合材料介电常数与填料体积百分比含量和测试频率的关系。结果表明:当TiC体积百分比含量为0.192时,复合材料的介电常数高达214(10^3Hz)。复合材料介电常数在高测试频率范围(10^4~10^6Hz)不随频率的变化而改变。 TiC/epoxy nano-composites was prepared via solution blending and hot pressing route. Percolation theory was employed to explain the dielectric behavior of TiC/PPS composites. The dependence of the dielectric properties of composited on the TiC volume fraction and frequency was investigated. High dielectric constant (ε=214) of the composites at 10^3 Hz have been observed near the percolation threshold (0. 192). The dielectric constant of the composites showed a weak frequency dependence when towards high measured frequency range (10^4-10^6 Hz).
