摘要 通过共混法制备了AS树脂与ABS胶粉的合金以及不同种类ABS树脂之间的共混合金,测试了合金的力学性能和耐热性能,通过配方设计制得了维卡软化点温度分别满足95,100,105,110℃的四个等级的耐热型ABS树脂,维卡软化点温度最高可以达到114.6℃,并且其抗冲击性能优良。 In this thesis,the blend of AS resin and ABS elastic powder, the blend of different type ABS resin were prepared. And the mechanics and heat resistance function which in different mixture ration were tested. The ABS resin which vicar softening point temperature fulfilled the requirements of 95, 100, 105, 110℃ four heat resistance types were prepared, and the tiptop heat resistance ABS resin which vicar softening point temperature was 114.6℃ , and its performance of anti-impact was choiceness.
