摘要
目的观察舒郁散治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将65例抑郁症患者随机分为中药舒郁散治疗组(治疗组)与西药盐酸氟西汀治疗组(对照组);比较两组治疗后H AM D、CGI-S积分的变化及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组有效率68.75%、对照组为69.70%,两组疗效相近;治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论中药舒郁散治疗抑郁症与百优解疗效相近,但不良反应发生较少。
Objective： To observe the efficacy and the security of Suyusan in treatment of depression. Methods： 65 patients with depression were divided into treatment group （given Suyusan） and control group （given fluoxetine）. The adverse reaction rate, the indices of HAMD and the CGI-S were recorded. Results： The efficacy rate was 69.70% in control group, and 68.75% in treatment group. There was no significant difference between two groups. The adverse reaction rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion： Suyusan has the similar efficacy but less adverse reaction to the fluoxetine in treatment of depression.
