摘要
针对某螺旋焊管生产线旋转辊在火焰平头、X光检验、超声波连探工序使用中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出改进措施,解决了旋转辊驱动钢管旋转过程中钢管产生轴向位移的问题以及升降旋转辊升降导向不好和升降不同步问题。
It analyzed the problems generating in flaming bevel,X-ray inspection and ultrasonic detection aiming at some SSAW pipe rotating roller,and put forward the improving measures.It solved the problems of steel pipe axial movement,and the adverse guide of rising and lowering the rotating roller and movements are not synchronized.
