蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术在环境监测中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 用有机废水和重金属污染的无机废水处理蚕豆根尖,均得出细胞微核千分率(MCN‰)与对照差异显著,说明废水污染严重,其中重金属污染废水污染指数达到极严重程度。蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术亦可用于土壤污染的监测,实验中两采样点土壤均有不同程度的污染;通过废水以及相应污灌土壤的微核千分率(‰)的t测验,土壤样品的微核千分率显著下降,表明土壤具有净化污水的能力。 The MCN‰, of broad beau root tip cells treated with organic waste water and heavy metal waste water (HMWW) are obviously higher than the control (t>t0.01, P<0.01) by statistical analysis and the pollution index of HMWW is extremely high. Soil pollution has been detected by the same method. Soils from both sampling points are polluted in varying degrees. The soil ability to purify waste water (WW) has been found from checking the MCN‰ of WW against that of soil irrgated with WW.
