This paper analyses the experiences of the successful development of the Busan Port and Kuangyang Port from 5 sides,including paying more attention and increasing investments by the government,carving out multi ways for investments,enhancing the development of the transferring cargoes,strengthening the construction of infrastructure facilities and port s informatization and so on.It also points out problems which should be paid attention to.
