摘要
用生物超微弱发光探测技术测定了荧光、X光光照不同时间后测量杯的发光现象.结果表明:荧光和X光照射均会使测量杯有明显的发光现象;随着荧光光照时间的增加,发光的衰减速度没有明显的变化;随着X光光照时间的增加,发光的衰减明显加快,发光的衰减参数明显降低.
The luminescence of the measuring cup with different illuminating time by fluorescence and X rays has been investigated using ultra-weak bioluminescence technique. The results show that fluorescence and X rays both can make the cup luminescent;with the illuminating time of fluorescence increasing,the luminescence attenuation of the cup has no evident change;with the illuminating time of X rays increasing,the luminescence attenuation of the cup becomes rapid;the attenuation coefficient gradually decreases.
