摘要
通过大量收集坦克装甲车辆液压系统故障数据,根据其故障的特点,研究了切和部队实用的坦克装甲车辆液压系统可靠性评估方法,该文以某型装甲突击车为例用FMECA和FTA方法评价了其液压系统可靠性,同时应用FTA快速确定故障元件,其简易性、实用性易于部队维修人员的快速排除故障。
Through analyzing a great deal of failure data about tanks & armored vehicles collected from army, its failure feature and rules are concluded, and some Hydraulic System Reliability Evaluation Measures for Tank & Armored Vehicle has been put out.. In this paper, take the hydraulic system of one type armored shock vehicles as an example, its reliability is discussed by using the methods of FTA&FMECA, and the failure parts can be assured rapidly through FTA. The practicability & simplicity of reliability measure of hydraulic system in this paper can direct servicemen to solve failure and maintain armored vehicle.
