摘要
针对邮政物流业务中普遍存在的货物破损问题,结合中国邮政的货损现状,从三个方面分析其产生的主要原因,即人为因素、包装因素、运输环境因素,并提出相应减少邮政物流业务中货损的应对策略。
Based on plenty of cargoes damaged in postal logistics, the paper analyzes three factors which cause the cargoes damaged, these are human, packaging and transport environmental factors and proposes how to reduce the cargo breakage in postal logistics.
