在分析无锡市物流人才需求和培养状况的基础上,充分利用现有资源,构建适合无锡市物流发展需求的现代物流人才培养体系,为无锡发展现代物流业提供有利条件。
On the basis of analyzing the demand and cultivation of logistics personnel at Wuxi City, the paper make a full use of the existing resources and establishes a modern logistics personnel cultivation system which is suitable for the demand of Wuxi logistics development .
