摘要
针对现有应急物资保障存在的问题,借鉴供应链管理思想,从供应链角度对应急物资保障系统进行改进和推动。阐述了应急物资供应链的内涵、特征,应急物资供应链管理的内容,并对应急物资供应链管理具体实施的几个重要方面进行了研究与探讨,旨在提高突发事件发生后应急物资的供应保障水平和效益。
Focusing on the problems of the emergency materials support, the paper uses the idea of supply chain management to improve the emergency materials support system, introduces the connotation, characteristics and contents of the emergency materials supply chain and especially studies the essential aspects in the operation of SCM.
