The paper introduces the idea, contents, methods and applied environment of Kaizen, discusses the relationship between gradual improvement and switching transform, expatiates on the work process, improved results after introducing Kaizen system into the logistics field of a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise and considers that Kaizen is the base of innovation and revolution.
