青少年再犯罪问题探析

Analysis of the Problems about Adolescent's Recrime

经过对某区青少年再犯罪的调查发现,青少年再次犯罪呈低龄化趋势明显;所犯罪行严重,侵财型犯罪多;前后犯同种罪的比率高等特点。成因包括环境原因、主观原因、司法原因等多个方面。对青少年再次犯罪的预防应当采取特殊措施,坚持打防结合、惩教并重的原则,目的是促使他们彻底回归社会。

A survey of adolescent＇s recrime in a district shows that the teenager＇s recrime has several characteristics including obvious tendency of lower age, graveness of the criminal act, large proportion of crimes against property, and high percentage of repeat former offense. The reasons for such a situation include the historical, practical, social, individual, subjective, and objective ones. Special measures should be taken to prevent the adolescent＇s recrime, and it should persist in the principle of combining prevention with combating the crime and emphasizing both punishment and education for the purpose of urging forward the teenager delinquent thoroughly return to the society.
