摘要 参照GenBank发表的GPVB株全基因序列,设计并合成一对引物,通过PCR技术扩增出GPVS1株NS2基因,目的片段长约1.4kb,将目的片段克隆到pMD18-T载体后进行序列测定和分析,结果表明:GPVS1株NS2基因全长1356bp,编码451个氨基酸,与国外已发表的GPVB株相比核苷酸序列同源性为98.89%,推导氨基酸序列同源性为98.89%。 According to the sequence of GPVB strain published in GenBank , a pair of primers were designed by Primer5.0. NS2 gene of GPV is amplified by PCR. The gene of interest was cloned into the vector pMD18-T and sequenced. The results showed that NS2 gene consisted of 1356 nucleotides and encoded 451 amino acids. The NS2 gene shared 98.89% and 98.89% homology with that of B strain at respectively nucleotide and amino acid level.
