青海省牛弓形虫病的ELISA诊断及试剂盒建立 被引量:8

摘要 用弓形虫的重组蛋白SAG1作为ELISA诊断抗原,建立了ELISA诊断试剂盒,并对青海省牛群进行弓形虫病的血清学诊断。经对所收集的1856份牛血清进行弓形虫抗体检测,共检出阳性血清71份,阳性率约为3.83%。结果表明青海省牛群中存在弓形虫病的感染。 The purified recombinat protein SAG1 (rSAG1) was used to develop the ELISA kit for Toxoplasma antibody detection 1856 serum samples collected from bovine in Qinghai Province were used to detect the antiboby against of Toxoplasma by the ELISA kit. The results showed that 71 serum samples were positive for antibody against Toxoplasma gondii in 1856 samples analyzed, the positive rate was 3.83 percent. These results suggest that Toxoplasma gondii infection exists in bovine in Qinghai area.
