摘要
用响应面法(RSM)优化香叶提取工艺,同时对香叶提取物进行自由基试验,结果表明:最佳工艺参数:浸泡时间6.1h、固液比为1∶15、超声波处理时间60min;香叶提取物对DPPH·清除率有较好的效果。
That optimizes extract geraainm technics by Response Surface methodology (RSM) was investigated, the free radicals experiment on geraainm extract was did, the optimum technology conditions have been obtained by RSM as follows:time of soaked is 6.1 h, the ratio solid to liquid is 1:15 and time of uhrasonict extracting is 60 min. The experiment of DPPH scavenging activity(%) on geranium, the result proved extract on clove has better scavenging activity (%) by DPPH.
