摘要
为监管保健食品中诺龙的非法添加,检测保健食品中诺龙的含量,对其进行安全性评价,来确保保健食品安全和人类健康。采用固相萃取(SPE)进行样品的富集和净化,高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行分析检测。其最低检出浓度0.004mg/kg,线性范围在0.08mg/L~25mg/L之间,平均回收率为72.3%~92.1%。
Determination of 17 β-NT in health Foods by SPE-HPLC was developed for inspecting the 17 β- NT added in health foods. The line arange of the method is 0.08 mg/L-25 mg/L. The detection concentration limit is 0.004 mg/kg. The average recovery is 72.3 %-92.1%. It will provide a reliable analysis method for detecting the concentration of 17 β-NT in health foods.
