改革开放30年来改革思路之争的反思

Reflection upon the Argument Concerning the Thoughts of Reform since the Beginning of Reform and Opening-up

改革开放进程中,一直存在着以模式为导向还是以问题为导向的两种改革思路之争。围绕这两种改革思路展开的理论之争主要有:实践是检验真理标准问题、社会主义本质问题、计划与市场问题、宪政问题、民主社会主义问题、普世价值问题等;在理论争论和实践检验的双重考验中,"摸着石头过河"、"白猫黑猫论"成为以问题为导向的改革思路的通俗称谓,并战胜以模式为导向的改革思路,成为中国改革的主导思路。

The arguments on the two kinds of thoughts of reform, i.e. model-oriented or problem-oriented, have existed in the course of reform and opening are as follow： practice is the criterion for testing truth up. The arguments on the two kinds of thoughts of reform ; essence of socialism; planning and marketing; constitutional government; democratic socialism; universal value and etc.. In the tests of arguments and practice, ＂groping forward by feeling for stones to cross a river＂ and ＂the white-cat and black-cat theory＂ became the saying of problem-oriented thoughts of reform, gained the victory over model-oriented thoughts of reform and became the leading thoughts of reform.
